Peanutbutter Cream Pie
Here is an easy and delicious pie for peanutbutter and chocolate lovers. We like to make it for the holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas. It can be made in advance and frozen. Our family seems to be divided on this pie whether it should be served frozen or chilled.
Mix until fluffy:
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
Then add, mix until creamy
- 3/4 Cup Confectionary Sugar
Then add the following, mixing well:
- 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanutbutter
- 6 Tablespoons of milk
Then add:
- 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed

Drizzle Chocolate & nuts

Fill with mixture

Top with chocolate and nuts

Drizzle 2 Tablespoond of chocolate syrup inside empty crust. You can use a chocolate or graham cracker crust. We prefer the graham cracker crust. Spoon the whipped topping mixture above into the crust. Drizzle with remaining chocolate syrup, and sprinkle with 1/4 Cup of chopped peanuts. Freeze over night.
